Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bumi14 platform in any manner — including, but not limited to, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bumi14 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the bumi14 platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bumi14 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bumi14 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced during the KYC process.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of bumi14 is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement.
4. Account Uniqueness: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the bumi14 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from prohibited conduct.
5. Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must register and use the Platform solely on your own behalf. You must not act as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person in connection with your bumi14 account.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the bumi14 platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bumi14 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

bumi14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account was registered using false or fraudulent information;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Multiple accounts have been opened by or on behalf of the same individual; or
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to bumi14.

KYC & Identity Verification

bumi14 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal may be processed, and bumi14 may request additional verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Documents confirming that the account holder is 21 years of age or older (typically satisfied by the proof of identity document).
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the account holder (e.g., a screenshot of the BCA, BRI, or BNI account registered in your name, or a selfie showing your OVO or DANA e-wallet profile).

5.2 Verification Timeframe

bumi14 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence checks may take up to 7 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bumi14 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

bumi14 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inter-bank transfer or service fees, for which bumi14 accepts no liability.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bumi14 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of approximately 5 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and 30–120 minutes for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial insti tution.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your verified bumi14 account. bumi14 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

6.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals on the bumi14 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. bumi14 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

Bonuses & Promotions

bumi14 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between this clause and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to withdrawable cash by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Any unconverted Bonus Funds that remain upon expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Duplicate bonus claims will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• bumi14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses that a Member has already actively begun wagering against.
• Bonuses claimed in connection with fraudulent activity — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, the use of third-party payment methods, or the exploitation of system errors — will be voided in full, and associated accounts will be suspended.

7.2 Wagering Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following default contribution rates apply:

• Sports betting (single and mix parlay accumulators): 100% contribution per Rp wagered, subject to minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
• Slot games: 100% contribution per Rp wagered.
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution per Rp wagered.
• Togel (numbers lottery) wagers: 50% contribution per Rp wagered.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the bumi14 platform are governed by the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all wagering products:

8.1 Finality of Results

All bet settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, or the operator of the relevant togel draw). In the event of a dispute regarding an official result, bumi14's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Clause 8.3.

8.2 System Errors and Manifest Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error (including odds displayed at clearly incorrect levels due to a data feed fault), bumi14 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion. Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute to our support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of the official settlement time. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be considered. bumi14 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt. bumi14's decision on any dispute is final unless the matter is referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority under the platform's applicable licensing framework.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

bumi14 applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits across all product verticals. These limits are published within the relevant product section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Where a single bet or combination of bets would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the staked amount.

Responsible Gaming

bumi14 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible betting environment. We strongly encourage all Members to engage with gambling as a form of entertainment and to maintain full awareness of their gambling habits.

The following self-management tools are available to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bumi14 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from bumi14;
• Engaging in, or facilitating, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-financial-crime legislation;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed primarily to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed profit margins rather than genuine recreational wagering;
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bumi14 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bumi14 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of bumi14 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bumi14;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content; or
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bumi14 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, temporary or permanent;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, including odds data, game results, or promotional terms;
• Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your account or data resulting from circumstances beyond bumi14's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any third-party payment provider, including delays or failures by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, bumi14's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall bumi14's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

bumi14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bumi14 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled data infrastructure — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and bumi14 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

bumi14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bumi14 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or via email to your registered address, with a minimum notice period of 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in force on the date of any wager or transaction shall govern that wager or transaction. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bumi14 holds its primary operating licence, as notified to Members from time to time.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the bumi14 platform shall first be submitted to bumi14's internal dispute resolution process as described in Clause 8.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution authority designated under bumi14's applicable licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bumi14's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
